Ingredients for Bedmipuri Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup udad dal soaked
  • 1/2 Tsp tbs soanf
  • 1/2 g tbs apesfoitida
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • 1 cup Oil

Directions: Bedmipuri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take dal in jar add all d spices and blend courslly ..
  • STEP 2.Now add this mixture into wheat flour add oil nd knead a dough..
  • STEP 3.Keep this doigh for 1 hour then again knead and put oil..
  • STEP 4.Now take kadhai add oil and let it hot..
  • STEP 5.Make small balls from this nad make puri and fry in oil till crisp ..
  • STEP 6.Serve with aloo ki sabji
