bael fruit or wood apple or stone fruit is the queen of summer fruits. bael Sherbat helps keep you cool in summer & best of all it so easy to make a drink with.
Ingredients for Bel ka Sharbat/ wood apple squash Recipe
1/2 Pieces medium size bel
1.50 g lass chilled water
1/2 tsp Black salt
1.50 tbsp Jaggery powder
4 Pieces Fresh mint leaves
1/2 Pieces Lemon
Directions: Bel Ka Sharbat/ Wood Apple Squash Recipe
STEP 1.First of all we break wood Apple into two parts.
STEP 2.Now take out its pulp with the help of a spoon. And transfer them into a mixing bowl.
STEP 3. Now we will put three glass chilled water in it. Now with the help of hand will mash it well, So that the fiber and seeds in it are completely separated.
STEP 4.You can strain it if you want.
STEP 5.Now add jaggery powder Add black salt.
STEP 6.Some fresh mint leaves (mashing them lighty with hand).
STEP 7.Squeeze 1 lemon juice.
STEP 8.Now mix it properly.
STEP 9.Now pour it in a serving glass.
STEP 10.Garnish with some fresh mint leaves. Now it is ready For enjoying.
