Golden and crisp from outside and soft from inside, this is an easy snack prepared from flour,eggs,nutmeg and vanilla extract which is a perfect breakfast recipe which is best when seved warm with some maple syrup and confectioners sugar
STEP 1.Take a bowl add sugar,oil,crack in eggs,milk,vanilla extract and mix it well.

STEP 2.Then add in flour,baking powder,salt and nutmeg to form a thick batter

STEP 1.add enough oil in a pan & heat it well for 10 mins on high heat.
step 5
STEP 1.now reduce the flame to low and carefully drop a tbsp of batter into the pot & heat it.
step 6
STEP 1.flip and fry from each side until deep brown in color
step 7
STEP 1.once fried remove from the pot and serve.
