These pancakes are very delicious and healthy . I have added beetroot to this recipe to giving a healthy and colorful twist . These pancakes are very easy and quick to make so it is very good recipe for breakfast .
STEP 1.1 - First in a bowl take one cup semolina , add curd into this and mix well .
STEP 2.2- Now add grated beetroot , ginger green chilli paste , black pepper powder and salt . Mix all ingredients well . Add half cup water . Mix well . Pancake batter is ready .
STEP 3.Keep this aside for about 10 minutes .
STEP 4.3- Now add baking soda to the batter . Mix gentaly.
STEP 5.4- Now grease the nonstick pan with oil . Pour 1 spoonful of batter on pan . Cover it . Cook from both sides by using little oil .
STEP 6.Beetroot savory pancakes are ready . Make more pancakes like this .
STEP 7.5- serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice .
