Ingredients for (My favourite recipe) Beetroot raita #BSK Recipe

  • 1 Cup Low fat yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh beetroot
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh cucumber
  • 5 A Few soaked almonds chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sweet baby corn
  • 1 Tsp Chopped mint leaves
  • 1 Tsp Chopped fresh green chilli
  • 1 Tsp Roasted jeera powder
  • To Taste salt to teste

Directions: (my Favourite Recipe) Beetroot Raita #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.1st pour yoghurt in a big bowl & beat it well.
  • STEP 2.Then beetroot and cucumber mix it well in this yoghurt.
  • STEP 3.Next baby corn, green chilli, roasted jeera powder, salt, almond, pudina leaves mix this yoghurt.
  • STEP 4.The colour of the yoghurt began to change slowly.
  • STEP 5.This is how my favourite recipe / raita was made.
