Ingredients for Beetroot jaggery halwa Recipe

  • 0.67 Cups Grated beetroot
  • 0.33 Cups Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Milk powder
  • 1/2 Cups Jaggery
  • 0.67 Tbsp Ghee
  • 0.33 Tbsp Chopped dry fruits badam and pista
  • 0.33 Tsp Elachi powder
  • As required for ganishing Dried rose petals

  • STEP 1.Healthy recipe
  • STEP 2.In a kadai pour Ghee and add grated beetroot saute for 2 minutes add milk and stir well Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • STEP 3. When milk evaporates add jaggery,milk powder mash slightly keep stirring when ghee ,add elachipowder and cook fo 2 to minutes.

#Snacks

  • STEP 1.when ghee separates off the flame and serve it . Garnish with dryfruits and dryrose petals.
