1/4 cup Boiled beetroot
1 cups Fresh curd
as required Jaggery
a pinch Salt
handful Fresh cherries
1/2 tbsp Candied fruits
Directions: Beetroot & Fresh Cherry Lassi Recipe
STEP 1.Except candied fruits add everything to a blender jar.
STEP 2.Make fine puree.
STEP 3.Pour into glasses.
STEP 4.Float in some ice cubes if you prefer.
STEP 5.Sprinkle candied fruits & enjoy!.
