Directions: Beetroot Dosa With Coconut And Coriander-mint Leaves Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dosa Batter
  • STEP 2.Soak raw rice and black gram atleast 4 hours.
  • STEP 3.Add rice flakes and soaked raw rice, black gram together into a mixer grinder and make fine paste.
  • STEP 4.Transfer into a container for 8 hours to ferment.
  • STEP 5.After 8 hours, add finely grounded beetroot and salt into the batter.
  • STEP 6.Wait for 10 minutes, Start make the delicious beetroot dosa by spreading some ghee on it.
  • STEP 7.Chutney
  • STEP 8.Grind together the mentioned ingredients for two types of chutney.
  • STEP 9.Make tadka by adding mustard seeds, dried chilli and curry leaves into oil and make the chutney more delicious.
