Ingredients for Beetroot carrot delight Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Grated beetroot
  • 0.67 cup Grated carrot
  • 0.33 cup Sugar or jaggery powder
  • 0.33 cup Coconut Powder
  • 1 tsp Chopped dry fruits
  • 1.33 tsp deshi ghee
  • 0.17 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2.33-2.67 Pieces Whole cashewnuts (kaju)

Directions: Beetroot Carrot Delight Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put pan and heat then add ghee and grated beetroot And grated carrot roast it for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.
  • STEP 2.Put another pan on the gas and add coconut powder then roast it for 5-7 minutes then take it out.
  • STEP 3.Put pan on the gas and add dry nuts then roast it for 5-7 minutes the take it out. Grind it in grinder to make it.
  • STEP 4.Take one bowl water in a pan and heat it. When water starts boiling, put sugar (jaggery powder) in it and mix it continuously till it becomes ek taar (onewire) chaashni.
  • STEP 5.How do you see ektaar chashni- take the chashni between thumb and first finger and enlarge it. If it becomes like one wire, then it is called ektaar chashni. (Sugar syrup)
  • STEP 6.Mix beetroot carrot mix coconut powder and drynut powder int sugar syrup and mix it properly on medium flame for 2-3 minutes then put off gas.
  • STEP 7.Grease the tray with ghee then spread beetroot carrot mixture
  • STEP 8.evenly then kept in fridge for 2 hours to set it.
  • STEP 9.Take it out from fridge and cut into heart pieces and garnish with chopped almonds,cashew nuts.
