2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sake
2 tablespoon Water
7 ounce beef, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Oil

STEP 1.Peel and cut the carrots and beans
STEP 2.Cook the carrots and vegetables
STEP 3.In a bowl mix soy sauce, sugar,sake and water
STEP 4.Slice a thin beef and wrap the vegetables with the beef
STEP 5.Heat oi in a frying pan and fry the rolls
STEP 6.Fry from all sides until they are brown
STEP 7.Add the soy sauce mix and coat the meat well in it
STEP 8.Cut the rolls and serve
