  • 0.06 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Large onions-minced
  • 0.03 cup Garlic ginger paste -recipe link below
  • 1.25 Whole cloves
  • 1.25 Whole green cardamom pods
  • 1/4 inch Stick cinnamon bark
  • 1/4 Bay leaves
  • As required The spice mix -below
  • 0.63-3/4 tablespoon Full fat greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • teaspoon Kosher salt -this is to taste. start with about a big and up it from there
  • 1.25-1.50 Cherry tomatoes -halved
  • 0.13 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Indian spice mix -recipe link below
  • 0.13 teaspoon Tandoori masala -available at any indian grocery
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri mild chili powder -or 1/ cayenne with 1 1/ paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.13 teaspoon Kasoor methi -dried fenugreek leaves
