STEP 1.heat a pan at medium heat and add 2 tsp oil.

STEP 1.add 8 to 10 oz fresh rice noodles and stir fry for a few seconds. Push the noodles to one side of the pan.

STEP 1.then add 4 oz thinly sliced beef and spread it out to sear all the pieces.

STEP 1.add 1 tsp chopped ginger and 1 tsp chopped garlic and stir fry till fragrant.

STEP 1.add 1 cup bean sprouts and mix all the ingredients together. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes till the noodles and the beef have seared well.

STEP 1.add ½ tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, ½ tsp light soy sauce and toss together.

STEP 1.lastly add the chopped green onions. Toss together and serve hot.
