  • As required Marinade
  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon five spice seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
  • As required Surface dry rub mixture
  • 2 tablespoon whole clove
  • 2 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon 5 spice seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions: Beef Ribeye Roast Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Preparing dry rub cloves, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli flakes, parsley flakes, five spice seasoning, salt and mix them all together.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Pre mix sauce light soy sauce, sesame oil, five spice seasoning, white pepper, sugar and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Draw this pre mix solution in an injection and inject deep down the meat. Also towards the bone.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Keep it in oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Then 325f for 30 minutes per pound.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Remove after the taken time and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Serve with some baby choy.
