Ingredients for Beef & Mushroom Braised Stew Recipe
0.17 inch Boneless beef chuck roast , cut into 1 cubes
1/25 teaspoon Salt
1/25 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
0.17 pound Sliced fresh mushrooms
0.33 Medium onions, sliced
0.33 Garlic cloves, minced
0.17 Carton beef broth
0.17 cup Dry red wine or additional beef broth
0.08 cup Brandy
0.17 tablespoon Tomato paste
1/25 teaspoon Each dried parsley flakes, rosemary, sage leaves, tarragon and thyme
1/2 tablespoon All purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon Water
As required Hot Mashed Potatoes
