  • 0.17 Chopped red onion
  • 1/2 Mild red chillies roughly chopped i use fresno chillies
  • 0.33 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.33 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.08 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.08 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic peeled
  • 0.33 stick Lemongrass outer leaves removed, softer inside chopped finely
  • 0.17 teaspoon Minced ginger
  • 0.17 teaspoon Shrimp paste optional, also it's generally gluten free, but best to check
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce , make sure it's a gluten free brand if needed
  • 0.17 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • bunch Small bunch fresh coriander/cilantro stalks you'll be using the leaves later to serve, so just wrap them in a bit of damp tissue to keep them fresh
  • 0.08 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.33 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 0.17 kilogram Braising beef chopped into chunks
  • 1/25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 66.67 milliliter Beef stock 2 stock cubes with water is fine use kallo beef bouillon cubes for gluten free
  • 66.67 gram Can coconut milk it's usually gluten free, but double check
  • 83.33 gram Baby new potatoes
  • 0.17 Juice lime
  • As required Boiled rice
  • As required Chopped fresh coriander
  • As required Chopped red chillies
  • As required Lime wedges
