2 diced onion
3 Cinnamon
3 Cardamom
2 bay leaf
As required Salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Ghee
3 moderately diced potato
Directions: Beef Kichuri Recipe

STEP 1.Wash the beef properly and cut them then into moderate pieces. wash the rice and dal thoroughly and soak it in the water for 30 mins.

STEP 1.meanwhile, dice the onion and potato evenly. Heat the cooking oil in the saucepan, now add the 2 bay leaf, 3cinnamom, and 3 cardamoms, let the aroma infuse.

STEP 1.Now add the diced onion and chopped chili and fry them moderately.

STEP 1.Add the ginger paste, garlic paste and cumin paste, and saute them properly. Add the necessary spices-turmeric, chili powder, and salt to taste.

STEP 1.Now add ½ glass of water. Put the diced potatoes and cover it and let it sit for 10 mins. Now add the pieces of beef by adding more water and cover it till it cooks(say 15mins).

STEP 1.Now add the soaked rice and dal into the gravy and give it a good mix. Add some 1 ½ cup of water.

STEP 1.And let it cook for more 15mins at last, you can add 2 tsp of ghee for more flavor.
