  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the beef strips with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated beef. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
