  • 1/10 Large onion, finely chopped
  • 1/5 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/5 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/10 pound Smoked kielbasa or polish sausage, halved and sliced
  • 1/10 Jar Salsa
  • 1/10 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
  • 1/10 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1/5 can Chopped green chiles
  • 1/5 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/10 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1/10 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/10 teaspoon Celery salt
  • 0.03 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/100 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/5-0.30 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.15 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
  • As required Optional: shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions
