1/10 inch Fresh beef brisket , cut into 1/2 pieces
1/10 Large onion, finely chopped
1/5 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1/5 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/10 pound Smoked kielbasa or polish sausage, halved and sliced
1/10 Jar Salsa
1/10 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
1/10 can Tomato Sauce
1/5 can Chopped green chiles
1/5 Garlic cloves, minced
1/10 tablespoon Chili powder
1/10 tablespoon Ground Cumin
1/10 teaspoon Celery salt
0.03 teaspoon Salt
1/100 teaspoon Pepper
1/5-0.30 tablespoon Lemon juice
0.15 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
