  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 3/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Basmati Rice, Soaked For Minutes
  • 1 cup Water
  • as needed Fried Onions And Fresh Herbs For Garnishing

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the beef with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown. Remove half of the onions and set aside for garnishing.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated beef to the pot and cook until browned.
  • STEP 4.Add water, rice, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
