Our beef and rice taco skillet is a one pot recipe is a quick way to get a dinner that both kids and adults will love on the table. Our flavorful leahy's angus ground beef is helped out by rice, veggies and seasonings to make a delicious pot full of gooey taco flavored goodness. The finished product is easy to serve on tortillas as a burrito filling, with chips for dipping or even in a lettuce wrap. There are plenty of ways to customize this recipe to your own taste-you can add spicier peppers like a jalapeno or use spicy salsa to spice the recipe up, or you can stir in even more veggies like frozen corn and fresh chopped lettuce if you like.
