Ingredients for Beef And Onion Bacon Meatballs Recipe
200 gram Minced beef
20 Streaky bacon rashers
2 No.s Onion
50 gram Coriander
50 gram Mushrooms
1 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
15 gram Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
20 gram Bread crumbs
50 gram BBQ sauce
As required Salt

step 1
STEP 1.1 cut 2 onions in halves and separate the outer section, which form cups.

STEP 2.2 finely chop the smaller inner section.
step 3
STEP 3.3 in a mixing bowl add 200 gm minced beef, the finely chopped inner section of the onions, 50 gm finely chopped coriander, 50 gm finely chopped mushrooms, 15 gm brown sugar, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp coarse black pepper, 20 gm bread crumbs,salt to taste and mix all the ingredient to combine well.

STEP 4.4 leave the mixture to marinate for 10 minutes.

STEP 5.5 tak 1 tbsp of the mince mixture and roll to shape a ball. Then place 2 onion sections (cups) around each meatball.

STEP 6.6 wrap 2 rashers of bacon around each onion meatball, one around the breadth and the second around the length.

STEP 7.7 insert a cocktail stick to hold the beef onion bacon meatball together and place it on a baking tray.

STEP 8.8 place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees c and bake for 40 minutes.

STEP 9.9 then remove the tray and use 50 gm bbq sauce to brush all the meatballs.
step 10
STEP 10.10 return the tray to the oven and continue to bake for another 5 minutes.
step 11
STEP 11.11 when done , remove from the oven, remove the cocktail sticks and arrange the beef and onion bacon meatballs on a plate. Serve hot
