Ingredients for Beef And Broccoli Recipe

  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce thai light soy sauce or golden mountain sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce thai oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dark soy thai sweet soy
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sambal oelek or garlic chili sauce
  • 1.50 tablespoon Water
  • 6 ounce Beef sirloin sliced thinly across the grain. alternately, you can slice up a flank or skirt steak
  • 6 ounce Broccolini or gai lan if you can get it, cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 Medium onion thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic ginger paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Water mixed with the 1/ cornstarch
  • 1.50 tablespoon Neutral oil you might need a bit more. don't skimp. saving a few calories is not worth it here
  • 1/2-1 Red chilies thinly sliced
