  • 1/4 teaspoon Urad Dal

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the lentils for 2 hours, then grind them into a coarse paste.
  • STEP 2.Steam the beans until they are tender but still retain their crunch.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add the lentil paste and cook until it becomes dry and crumbly.
  • STEP 4.Add the steamed beans and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
