STEP 1.1 set a pan on the stove. Turn off the flame. Pour in 2 tbsp of sunflower oil and allow it to heat.

STEP 2.2 when the oil turns hot, add ½ tsp mustard seeds, 2 sliced onions,1 chopped green chilly, a pinch of salt and ¼ tsp of turmeric powder.

STEP 3.3 saute till the onion turns brown and transparent.

STEP 4.4 add 2 tsp of red chilli flakes and saute till the raw smell of chilli is gone

STEP 5.5 transfer the chopped beans to the pan and saute for two minutes.

STEP 6.6 then cook the beans covered for five minutes in a low flame.
step 7
STEP 7.7 stir in between. Cook again covered for another five minutes.
step 8
STEP 8.8 turn off the flame and serve the beans.
