  • 1/10 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 0.03 teaspoon Each dried thyme, savory, marjoram, oregano and parsley flakes
  • 1/5 can Navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/5 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/5 can Lima beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Pita breads, halved
  • 1/10 cup Shredded cheddar cheese, optional
