We made this copycat california pizza kitchen bbq chicken bacon pizza and it was so delish I was thinking about it the other day and it looks like we eat a lot of pizza because we have so many recipes up for pizza. Mostly this is because my sister will post a pizza recipe and then i post one, but its also because our pizza dough makes 4 med pizzas or two larges and since we have a small family when we do make pizza we usually make pizza twice in two weeks so we dont waste the dough.

  • 1/10 cup Cake Flour Not Self Rising
  • 1/4 cup 3 flour all purpose
  • 1/5 teaspoon Salt i usually half this
  • As required Olive oil
  • As required Bbq sauce if you don't want to make your own i suggest using a good bbq sauce like sweet baby ray's
  • 2.40 ounce Ketchup
  • 0.07 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.07 Worcestershire sauce
  • As required A teensy drop of liquid smoke if you want
  • 0.03 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/10 pinch Salt
  • 1/100 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/100 teaspoon Cumin ground
  • 1/100 teaspoon Thyme dried
  • 1/10 pinch Ground white pepper
  • 1/10 pinch Onion powder
  • 0.03 cup Gouda smoked
  • 1/10-1/10 cup 1/2 mozzarella
  • 1/5 piece Bacon turkey, or regular, cooked and chopped
  • 1/10 Chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 0.03 Red onion sliced ridiculously thin
