  • As Required Oil
  • 1 Cups poha
  • 1 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • As Required Salt
  • 1 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • As Required Curry leaves
  • As Required Peanut

Directions: Batata Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Sukh poha in water for 2 minutes then remove access water and keep aside for 2 minutes now heat oil in kadai add mustards cumin seeds, chopped potato peanuts curry leaves and green chillies than at turmeric powder and wash well then at last at the solved lemon juice and boiled potato and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Ready to serve.
