  • 0.06 g Cup Mogar Moong Dal
  • 0.08 cup Cup whole udid Dal
  • 1/4 g tbsp fenugreek
  • As Required As needed water
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 0.13 tsp Tsp asafoetida
  • As Required As needed Ghee
  • 0.06 cup Cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 g Small piece of ginger grated
  • 1/4 g Green chilli chopped
  • 0.06 cup Cup chopped coriander
  • 1/4 Pieces Amla chopped
  • As Required As needed water
  • 1/4 tbsp Tbsp oil
  • 0.13 tsp tsp mastard
  • 0.06 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp tsp cumin
  • 1/4 gram tbsp roasted gram Dal
  • 0.13 tsp tsp mastard
  • 0.06 tsp Asafoetida
  • As Required Few curry leaves

Directions: Barley Dosa With Amla Coconut Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak well washed Barley, Moong dal, Udid dal & Fenugreek for six hrs. , Grind soaked Ingredients in mixer grinder and keep it for fermentation for 4 to 5 hrs.
  • STEP 2.Grind Chutney Ingredients mentioned above in mixer grinder. Transfer in a bowl. For tempering heat oil add mustard when starts cracking add curry leaves red chilli slices and asafoetida. Pour on Chutney.
  • STEP 3.Add salt asafoetida in fermented batter mix well.
  • STEP 4.Heat nonstick dosa pan pour batter with spoon and spread properly applying ghee and cook dosa till golden brown and crisp.
  • STEP 5.Serve Ready Healthy Barley Dosa with Amla Coconut Chutney in a plate.
