Cajun Potatoes are crispy fried baby potatoes topped with a creamy and spicy mayonnaise dressing. This BBQ nation-style dish I have prepared at home
STEP 1.First of all to prepare cajun spice at home, mix pepper powder, peprika powder, thyme, oregano, red chilli powder and salt well. Cajun spice powder is ready.
STEP 2.Add potatoes to pressure cooker. Add 2 glass of water and make 1 whistle.
STEP 3.Now remove it once cooker is cool down.
STEP 4.Smesh it by pressing it gently.
STEP 5.Deep fry smeshed potatoes into jot oil twice to make ot crisp.
STEP 6.In a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, cream,cajun spice powder , cumin powder, chopped onion, crushed garlic and mix well. You can add 2 tsp water to make its consistency loose.
STEP 7.Serve the potatoes in plate. Spread prepared creamy sauce over it.
STEP 8.Sprinkle some coriander leaves on top and enjoy immediately
