  • 1/4 batch naan
  • 0.06 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4-1/2 tablespoon fish sauce I used 2
  • 1/4-1/2 tablespoon sriracha I used 2
  • As required juice of half a lime
  • 1/4 tablespoon fresh lemongrass finely chopped
  • 0.13 pound ground pork or chicken
  • 0.08 cup each fresh basil and cilantro chopped
  • 2 ounce fresh mozzarella shredded
  • 3/4-1 eggs optional
  • 1/2 carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 red fresno chile or jalapeno seeded+ sliced
  • 0.08 cup fresh basil + cilantro roughly chopped, total for both together
  • 1/2 teaspoon peanut or sesame oil
  • As required toasted sesame seeds for topping
  • 0.08 cup tahini * sesame seed paste
  • 1/4-1/2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • As required juice of half a lime
  • As required water to thin the sauce
