This is one way of justifying to my craving for a cake that is apt for breakfast as it has all the good ingredients thrown in. If your kids demand cake at the early hour this one is good to keep handy. This skillet breakfast cake is even good to serve when you have kids coming over for play or to take to your kids school during games. Makes a delightful healthy snack especially for after school.
