Ingredients for Banana Toast Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Bread slice
  • 1 Pieces Banana
  • 1 Pieces Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • A Pinch Cinnamon
  • A Pinch Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Milk

Directions: Banana Toast Recipe

  • STEP 1.Scoop out the inner part of bread slices in square
  • STEP 2.Peel the banana and slice it
  • STEP 3.Mix eggs,honey, cinnamon powder,salt,milk and prepare a batter
  • STEP 4.Heat a pan and add the butter. Place the outer part of the bread and put the banana slices in the empty space within the bread. Pour the batter over the banana and cover with the scooped square piece. Shallow fry on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot
