Ingredients for Banana stem Sammi kabab#BSK Recipe

  • A Stem inch banan
  • 0.13 Cup Shredded coconut
  • 0.13 Tsp Cumin paste
  • 1/2 Cup bengal gram paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 Pieces Of onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Of onion
  • 1.50 Pieces of dried lentil ball or bari
  • 1/4 Pieces of bay leaf
  • 1/4 Tsp Of whole garam masala
  • To Taste Sugar
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1.25 Tsp of ghee or butter
  • 1/2 Pieces Of chilly

Directions: Banana Stem Sammi Kabab#bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.First cut the banana stem into small pieces. Boil the stem and potato.
  • STEP 2.Heat one spoon of ghee then temper with bay leaf and whole garam masala. After four or five seconds add dried lentil ball or "bari". Take the bari out and crush it. Put it aside. Then again add ginger and cumin paste on that same ghee. Saute it untill the ghee separates from spice.
  • STEP 3.Add boiled stem and potato cook it for a few minutes. Add sugar and salt as required. Add the shredded coconut and crushed "bari" and cook it until it becomes dry in consistency.
  • STEP 4.Now give a little time to cool it down.
  • STEP 5.Add two sliced onion, chilli and Bengal gram paste into it. Now take a small portion and shape it like a ball and fry it on ghee. Your banana stem Sammi kabab is absolutely ready to eat.
