Come summer and don't feel like eating lunch, so i drink it. I make any smoothie with vegetables or fruits and dairy and have it. But sometimes i like to indulge too. So one day for my brunch i made this shake and believe me, i wasn't hungry till evening, because it was so filing. It has everything in it which anyone can like, for kids add extra ice cream scoop and for grown ups, add rum or any liquor too. I cant wait to share the recipe so lets get back to that.
