Ingredients for Banana Flower-Baby Potatoe with Dry Chicken Gravy Recipe

  • 2 nos Banana Flower (Kol Phool)
  • 252 gm chicken pcs
  • 3 nos Some Baby Potatoes
  • 5 nos medium size onion
  • 6 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 7 tsp coriander and cumin powder
  • 7.50 tsp garam masala
  • 9 tsp red chilli powder
  • 10 tsp turmeric powder
  • 10 nos Salt (As per taste)
  • 12 tbsp mustard oil

Directions: Banana Flower-baby Potatoe With Dry Chicken Gravy Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the cover of the banana flower and take the inner buds and cut them very thinly. Wash them properly before use. Boil the buds in a pan for 10 mins for smoothening. In a pan, pour mustard oil, add chopped onion and fry it on medium heat for 5 mins. Now add the chicken pcs and fry for 10 mins and to it, add the baby potatoes. Now, add salt and turmeric powder, mix well and fry. When they turn golden, add boiled Banana flower's buds and cook in medium heat. Add ginger and garlic paste, cumin and coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala. Mix all well then put the lid for 10 mins. Remove the lid, and if the flower has softened enough, remove it from the flame. Your dish is ready then, serve it hot. Easy to make tasty and healthy dish. Try it and enjoy.
