  • 0.17 Pieces medium banana florets
  • 0.17 Tsp Black mustard paste
  • 0.17 Tsp Yellow mustard Paste
  • 0.17 Tsp Poppy Seeds Paste
  • 0.33 Tsp Green chiles paste
  • 0.67 Pieces Green chilies
  • 0.33 Tbsp Coconut paste
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.08 Tsp Sugar
  • 0.33 Tbsp Mustred oil
  • 0.08 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Pieces banana leafs

Directions: Banana Florets Paturi (mocher Paturi) Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first peel the petals and collect the florets. Then clean the florets and set aside. Next boil with salt, turmeric powder and mustard oil.
  • STEP 2.Mash the boiled florets partially, add black and yellow mustard paste, , poppy seed paste, salt, turmeric powder, green chillis paste , coconut paste,, sugar and mustard oil. Mix all evenly
  • STEP 3.Clean banana leaf and toast both side over a pan. Put 2 tbsp spoon of that readied mixture add slight mustard oil and one green chili. Now fold the leaf and tie with a thread.
  • STEP 4.Brush oil in a pan and put the ready wraps on it. Keep flame to medium. Cover the pan for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Now open the lid and fry for 2 minutes both sides
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with rice.
