Banana florets dish authentic traditional Bengali cuisine. Few ingredients need to make it. Bansna florets contains iron,and fiber. Must try and enjoy the dish.
STEP 1.At first peel the petals and collect the florets. Then clean the florets and set aside.
Next boil with salt, turmeric powder and mustard oil.
STEP 2.Mash the boiled florets partially, add black and yellow mustard paste, , poppy seed paste, salt, turmeric powder, green chillis paste , coconut paste,, sugar and mustard oil. Mix all evenly
STEP 3.Clean banana leaf and toast both side over a pan. Put 2 tbsp spoon of that readied mixture add slight mustard oil and one green chili.
Now fold the leaf and tie with a thread.
STEP 4.Brush oil in a pan and put the ready wraps on it. Keep flame to medium. Cover the pan for 5 to 7 minutes.
STEP 5.Now open the lid and fry for 2 minutes both sides
STEP 6.Serve hot with rice.
