Cutlets are a great option for snacks. You must have known about potato, bread or egg cutlet. We are telling you the recipe of Banana Cutlet. To make it, raw bananas are boiled, mixed with some spices, cutlets are made and fried in oil.
STEP 1.To make Banana Cutlet, first heat water in a pan on medium flame.
STEP 2.As soon as the water becomes hot, add raw bananas and boil them.
STEP 3.Boil the banana till it becomes soft.
STEP 4.When the banana boils, take it out of the water and cool it. Peel off and mash.
STEP 5.In a bowl, add red chili powder, cornflour, lemon juice, coriander powder, sesame, salt as per taste, coriander leaves and garam masala with mashed banana and mix it well.
STEP 6.Now take a small ball from this mixture and give it the shape of a tikki/cutlet by pressing it lightly.
STEP 7.Heat oil in a pan or nonstick pan on medium heat.
STEP 8.As soon as the oil is hot, fry the cutlets from both the sides till they become golden. (When all the cutlets are fried, then turn off the flame.)
STEP 9.Serve the prepared cutlets with sauce or green chutney.

STEP 12.You can add buckwheat flour instead of cornflour.
STEP 13.Turmeric should not be added to make cutlets for fasting.
