  • 3-4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Jaggery
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.50 cup rice flour
  • As required Water
  • 8 dwarf bananas
  • As required Soyabean oil

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Slice the banana into bite-size pieces.
  • STEP 2.To make the batter in a mixing bowl add the sugar, jaggery, salt, rice flour, and water. And give it a good whisk.
  • STEP 3.Keep adding water as required but we don’t want our batter to be too runny, just enough to hold the sliced bananas.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Now heat the kadai to pour a good amount of oil to deep fry the banana chops.
  • STEP 2.Coat the chopped bananas well with the batter and deep fry them from both sides until golden brown, if you like more crispy let it fry a little bit more.

Storage And Serving Method

  • STEP 1.Serve banana chop warm topped with some condensed milk.
