STEP 1.In a bowl take ripped bananas and add 1 cup of sugar. Beat to form a smooth paste.
STEP 2.Then add 1 cup of oil and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
STEP 3.Place a sieve over the bowl and sieve maida, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder.
STEP 4.Combine all the dry ingredients with the banana puree.
STEP 5.Then add walnuts and gently mix everything together.
STEP 6.Transfer the cake batter into the cake mould.
STEP 7.Place the tray into a preheated oven, bake at 180 degree celsius or 356 degree fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
STEP 8.Allow the cake to cool completely.
STEP 9.Cut the cake and serve on a plate.
