  • 1/50 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 No.s Cardamom
  • 0.17 No.s Banana
  • 0.08 pinch Salt
  • 0.08 cup Maida/All purpose flour
  • 1/50 cup Baking Soda

Directions: Banana Bonda Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Take ¼ cup sugar in a jar and add 3 cardamom. Grind it to fine powder.
  • STEP 2.Peel and chop the 2 bananas . Grind it in the same jar with sugar. After grinding it well, transfer it to a bowl.
  • STEP 3.Add a pinch of salt and gradually add 1 cup maida to the batter and mix well. Thick consistency of batter is prefered.
  • STEP 4.Add ¼ tsp baking soda and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan. Take half the scoop batter and put it in the hot oil. Fry it in medium flame. Repeat the process until the batter is finished.
  • STEP 6.Fry it until golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Sweet and delicious tea time snack is ready to be served.
