STEP 1.Take ¼ cup sugar in a jar and add 3 cardamom. Grind it to fine powder.
STEP 2.Peel and chop the 2 bananas . Grind it in the same jar with sugar. After grinding it well, transfer it to a bowl.
STEP 3.Add a pinch of salt and gradually add 1 cup maida to the batter and mix well. Thick consistency of batter is prefered.
STEP 4.Add ¼ tsp baking soda and mix well.
STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan. Take half the scoop batter and put it in the hot oil. Fry it in medium flame. Repeat the process until the batter is finished.
STEP 6.Fry it until golden brown.
STEP 7.Sweet and delicious tea time snack is ready to be served.
