  • STEP 1.In a blender, combine turmeric, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, shallots, chili, lime juice, soy sauce, and oil. Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 2.Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any excess. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely charred.
