Ingredients for Baked sprout moong falafel Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Sprout moong beans
  • 1/4 Pieces onion
  • 1 Pieces arlic
  • 1/4 Cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 Tbsp cumin powder
  • 1.50 Tbsp Spinach
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 Pieces reen chillies

Directions: Baked Sprout Moong Falafel Recipe

  • STEP 1.In an electric chopper add moong beans, add onion garlic and spinach also add olive oil
  • STEP 2.Make coarsely grind thick dough son you can give shape by your hands or palm.
  • STEP 3.Add salt and all the spices
  • STEP 4.Mix nicely, take a lemon size ball and give round , oval or flat shape as we are gonna bake them so you can give any shape.
  • STEP 5.Make all the falafal and place them on a baking tray bake all the falafals in the preheated oven on 200c for about 10 minutes and next 10 minutes from the other side.
  • STEP 6.Temperature and time may vary
  • STEP 7.Enjoy this healthy snacks with hummus or any dip.
