Ingredients for Baked potato with Bean and cheese Recipe
1.50 Pieces Potatoes
1/4 cup Mozerella cheese
1/4 cup Black beans
1 tbsp mayoniise
1/2 tsp Red chilli sauce
1.50 g pods garlic crushed
1 tsp Cilantro
to taste Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
Directions: Baked Potato With Bean And Cheese Recipe
STEP 1.Cook the kidney beans and coarsly crush it. Add salt while cooking it. Keep aside.q
STEP 2.Wash the potatoes througgly. In a large pot, put a water to boil.add pinch of salt.
STEP 3.Once it starts boiling, cook the potatoes for 2 minutes.
STEP 4.Now remove it from the water, scoope from center(do not peel off skin).
STEP 5.In a mixing bowl add kidney beans. Also add mayonnaise, crushed garlic, red chilli sauce, salt to taste, black pepper powder, cilantro and combine well. Also add half of the quantity of cheese.
STEP 6.Fill it in the cavity of potato. Top it with some more cheese.
STEP 7.Bake it in oven for 15 minutes at 200 degree or till the upper layer turns brown.
STEP 8.Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
