Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and yogurt.
  • STEP 4.Marinate the paneer cubes in the spice mixture for 15-20 minutes.
