As the name suggests, green peas roasted in an oven with a few spices for that perfectly crunchy tea-time snack. These can even be roasted just with salt alone. The best part is that it can be used in various chaats and snack items that are being served at tea-time. These can therefore be put to multipurpose uses and even eaten on their own. Can be stored in airtight containers and used accordingly upto 2 weeks or even more than that if refrigerated. Healthy idea for sure. Happy roasting!!!!!!!!.
