Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray.

Line the bacon side-by-side across the rack. Brush both sides of the bacon with maple syrup. Sprinkle the tops with brown sugar and rub it in gently.

Place the bacon on the top rack of the oven and then turn the oven on to 400f. Bake the bacon for 30 minutes or until browned and starting to blacken a bit around the edges, rotating after 15 minutes.
