Baked karanji in air fryer Recipe

Another name for gujiya is karanji (in marathi). I prepared this sweet karanji for diwali. Now a days everybody has become health conscious. So i baked this in air fryer. So no need of oil or ghee for frying. I have added gulkand for rose flavour. Gulkand is a sweet preserve of rose petals. Everyone appreciated it as it was a baked and uniqe item of diwali sweets.

  • 12.50 gram Khoya approx
  • 3/4-1 teaspoon Gulkand
  • 3/4 teaspoon rose syrup
  • 1/4 piece Dry Fruits tbsp
  • teaspoon cardamom powder half
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 3/4 tablespoon Cow Ghee
  • pinch Salt
  • As required Milk enough to knead the dough
