i made a twist in all time favourite recipe that is hara bhara kebabs .. i made it innovative with seasonal fruit twist . i baked it to give a healthy twist and i gave the shape of cup to my kebabs and filled with freshly prepared mango salsa .. enjoy my twist ..

Ingredients for Baked hara bhara mango salsa kebabs Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Capsicum Finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped beans
  • 1.50 Cup Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Grated paneer
  • 2 Tbsp Bread crumbs
  • Handful Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 Tsp Dry mango powder
  • 1 Cup Large ripe mango
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp Medium black olives
  • 1 Tsp Green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Tsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 Tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Directions: Baked Hara Bhara Mango Salsa Kebabs Recipe

For hara bhara kebab cups

  • STEP 1.1) Add spinach, capsicum , beans in a mixer grinder with little salt and grind to a smooth paste .
  • STEP 2.2) Transfer this grinded healthy paste into a bowl and add mashed potatoes .
  • STEP 3.3) Add cornflower , breadcrumbs , paneer in it and mix well .
  • STEP 4.4) Add chopped coriander leaves and add all spices and seasonings and mix well .
  • STEP 5.5) Apply little oil on both the palms and form small balls .
  • STEP 6.6) Take the silicone moulds and put this balls in moulds by pressing generously covering the mould to form a cup .
  • STEP 7.7) Bake this hara bhara kebab cups for 20 minutes at 200 c in a preheated oven .
  • STEP 8.8) After 20 minutes check if done , perfectly baked , let it cool down and demould after 5 minutes .
  • STEP 9.9) Now hara bhara cups r ready to be filled with mango salsa .

  • STEP 11.11) In a serving bowl combine mango , bell peppers , cucumber , mint , olives and drizzle some salt , black pepper powder , lime juice and mix well .
  • STEP 12.12) For best results and flavour , let salsa rest for about 10 minutes .
  • STEP 13.13) Now to assemble take out healthy hara bhara kebab cups and fill it with mango salsa and garnish with mint leaves .
