Ingredients for Baked Gujiya Chat in Edible Bowl Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces grated apple
  • 1/2 Cup rava
  • 1 Cup Pomegranate
  • 1 Cup Bhujia
  • 1 Pieces grated redish
  • 1/2 Cup Green chutney
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Chat masala
  • To Taste Salt
  • 2 As Required Oil

Directions: Baked Gujiya Chat In Edible Bowl Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly put Rava in bowl add salt and make soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Then take rolling pin and board and make roti with dough, then thin strips.
  • STEP 3.Now take small bowl in the back side of bowl arrange all strips like Criss cross.
  • STEP 4.After that take 3 strips make like we make hair choti for border and place it on bowl.
  • STEP 5.Now deep fry this bowl and demould it.
  • STEP 6.Now take Grated apple squeeze the excess water from it and add salt, black pepper.
  • STEP 7.After that make Puri from dough and put grated apple as a filling in it and fold like gujiya.
  • STEP 8.Put gujiya in air fryer for 20 minutes on 180 centigrade.
  • STEP 9.Now assemble the Chat-
  • STEP 10.Take edible bowl put gujiya in it then put green Chutney, pomegranate, bhujia, redish and sprinkle chat masala.
  • STEP 11.Enjoy this tempting chat with edible bowl.
