  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375掳F (190掳C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, and spices like turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add boiled corn kernels, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Cook for a few minutes until the flavors blend.
  • STEP 5.Take a sheet of filo pastry and brush it with melted butter. Place a spoonful of the corn filling at one end and fold it into a triangle shape.
  • STEP 6.Repeat the process with the remaining filo pastry sheets and filling. Place the samosas on the prepared baking sheet.
